ABOUT RACHEL PALMER

As an HR Business Partner, I’ve guided People & Talent strategies for large, global corporate and manufacturing companies for 15 years, most recently for The Coca-Cola Company.At The Coca-Cola Company, I bring expertise in defining and driving the delivery of talent processes and programs, thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution, leadership coaching, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development. During times of transition, I lead with inclusivity and transparency, ensuring our HR initiatives are aligned with global business goals, and that colleagues are engaged, motivated, and feel a sense of belonging. I’m honored to be tasked with presenting business solutions to leadership and entrusted with addressing complex problems that impact the organization.
