ABOUT RACHEL LAM
I’m a recent graduate from the University of Waterloo with a BSc in Honours Psychology and a minor in Human Resources. Over the last few years, I’ve gained two years of hands-on experience in UX research across Interac, Questrade, and TD Bank and I’m now thrilled to be continuing this work as a Design Researcher at TD.I’m passionate about uncovering the “why” behind human behaviour and translating insights into human-centered solutions. Whether through qualitative studies, analytics, or customer experience research, I enjoy digging into both data and stories to help teams design with people at the heart of every decision.What excites me most is the impact research can have, helping organizations truly understand their users while making everyday experiences easier, more intuitive, and more enjoyable.Always open to connecting and learning from others who are equally curious about people, design, and innovation!
