WORK HISTORY
Director of Brand Development @Riveron
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, I define and guide Riveron’s brand strategy, thought leadership, and PR efforts, with a focus on strengthening how the firm is perceived by current and prospective clients.I establish and evolve the firm’s brand foundations—positioning, messaging, personas, buyer journeys, voice, and visual concepts—and translate those into clear direction for the Brand Development team across thought leadership content, graphic design, campaign messaging/content plans, collateral templates, and more. The work includes shaping themes with the team, partnering with our PR agency on earned media, and aligning brand initiatives with GTM leadership on priority campaigns and account-based efforts.I also own Riveron’s brand health measurement, establishing a new, comprehensive approach that includes direct surveying to benchmark and guide market perception. This work defines how brand performance is tracked and reported and informs the firm\'s priorities and creative direction over time. This leadership role is hands-on and intentional—refining and shaping concepts and content, and helping marketers and experts communicate clearly and credibly with our target audiences.Riveron supports the office of the CFO, solving complex challenges and creating lasting improvements to finance, accounting, and technology functions.

ABOUT RACHEL YORITOMI
As a writer and creative thinker, I help subject matter experts craft clear and compelling client-facing content. Over time, that work has expanded into shaping how brands show up more broadly—what they stand for, how they communicate, and how they’re perceived in the market. My 20-year background spans business marketing and architectural design, giving me a unique perspective on practical creativity and guiding concepts from start to finish.I’m a writer at heart, but I now spend as much time setting creative direction and brand strategy as I do refining words on a page. My strengths include rapidly understanding complex subject matter, translating ideas into useful information, and providing hands-on leadership across writing, messaging, and visual expression so concepts are well-framed for the intended audience.I enjoy working where strategy meets craft—defining positioning and themes, guiding execution, and collaborating with creative team members and subject matter experts to bring strong ideas to market. This profile features recent experience.
