ABOUT RACHEL WINSTON RIBEIRO
As someone who grew up in a big family (I\'m the youngest with 3 much older brothers) I\'ve learned what it takes to stand out and be heard. I\'ve had to speak up a little more, and be very tenacious in order to get the things I wanted or needed. We also had a very welcoming home where there were always extra children at the dinner table. These two aspects of my childhood shaped the way I am and the way I work. Having people in my house all the time gave me the skills I needed to build meaningful relationships with people from all walks of life regardless of their age, background, etc. Having to speak up and ask for what I needed at a table filled with people gave me a voice that has helped in my career and in life.
