ABOUT RACHEL WEBSTER
I lead the delivery of cross-subject 3D curriculum. Focusing on creating a cohesive and interconnected curriculum that ensures the latest research is embedded. I deliver training to schools nationally to allow them to get the best out of the curriculum.Previously, I have experience as a primary class teacher having worked in disadvantaged communities for nearly 10 years. I have led the foundation curriculum including art & design and design & technology. I lead phonics and oversee a small team driving curriculum excellence and pupil success. I am a postgraduate researcher in Education and Social Justice. I specialise in curriculum design and have researched decolonisation in the curriculum as well as how teacher CPD can enable teachers to support EAL pupils. My thesis uses Bourdieu\'s concepts of cultural capital and institutional habitus to see whether strategic curriculum design can improve the outcomes for PP pupils.Known for my resilience, determination, and organizational skills, I thrive in dynamic educational settings. I am committed to continuous professional development and staying abreast of the latest trends and research in education.
