My mentorship journey at Shaw began when I was selected as a 2024 participant in True North, an internal mentorship program, mentored by the Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing. After completing the program, I transitioned into a facilitator-in-training role, where I support the development of the next cohort of participants. I also mentor new hires, helping them accelerate onboarding and navigate company culture and sales strategies. Additionally, as a Commercial Talent Development Specialist, I guide a group of new hires through development plans and provide ongoing coaching.
