I work on a team dedicated to providing strategic account management for our biggest lab diagnostics and lab automation customers. We seek to understand individual client needs and challenges in order to help them to achieve their goals as an organization. We leverage all available resources from a data and technical perspective in order to accomplish this. My area of expertise is in the use of service data to strategically pinpoint customer distress as well project management to resolve all current issues. My typical day involves monitoring of account issues via complaint escalation, service documentation, throughput analysis, machine data analysis, as well as leading cross-functional customer calls to provide holistic support of our Customer.

I am a Service Project Manager with 19 years of experience in the Diagnostics industry. I have excelled in roles spanning laboratory automation, data analytics, technical writing, technical editing, as well as working in the service sector and interfacing directly with Doctors and laboratory professionals.Currently I work on a team dedicated to supporting our largest lab automation customers (processing - patient samples per day). We seek to understand individual client needs and challenges in order to help them to achieve peak performance of their lab automation systems. We do this to ensure that we give the Customer the best possible experience with our products and solutions. We leverage all available resources from a data and technical perspective in order to accomplish this. My area of expertise is in expert project management and I use this skill to drive our activity towards success. My typical day involves managing incoming requests for assistance, working with cross-functional teams to provide holistic support of our Customers, and using service and technical data to review the overall performance of our fleet.Colleagues know me as someone who is highly detail-oriented and skilled in both process management and project management.
