This involves defining the requirements for a replacement software platform to deliver the framework, helping shape operational process improvements, writing a tender document for the new software, reviewing software development companies and selecting the best development partner, then managing the project through to delivery.The vision is to transform the user experience of the software from an admin-heavy, painful chore to a platform that is an integral and supportive part of the journey. And putting the charity in a good position to achieve their ambitious growth goals over the next 5 years.
