As HRBP I\'m responsible for all generalist HR activity including performance management, reward, employee relations, HR policy and procedures, talent management, and succession planning. Partnering with managers across the EMEA business to guide and support them on managing, recognising, developing and growing their teams Challenging, coaching and advising managers and leaders Understanding best practices and translating it to meet business needs Developing action plans in partnership with managers and leaders to retain and develop internal talent Providing advice as needed on ER issues across all of Taboola’s EMEA locations Analysing data and providing insights to managers as a result Identifying knowledge gaps and working with managers to close them Off boarding - supporting decision making and enabling exit processes Participating in organisational assessment and design initiatives in partnership with business leaders
