Part of the Talent Growth team (also known as HRBPs) in Taboola; o Employees relations: • HR focal point for employees, coach employees on various HR aspects: career development, performance, retention and more. • Conducting organic employees’ sensitivity activities and consulting to managers. • Development and execution engagement, experience, well-being, training and learning programs, such as: English trainings, Taboola IL growth season, Taboola Slashers, Taboola maternity leave community, volunteering project and more. • Managing orientation days for new employees (Taboola’s Rookie program). o HR Operations: • Managing employees’ life cycle aspects; Development, execution and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to employee, such as: offboarding, parental leave policy, HR data base pages (employees, managers, HRBPs), global contractors’ policy and process and more. • HR point of contact throughout the employment lifecycle including maintenance and update on an ongoing basis HRIS (SuccessFactors): compensation, reporting line, internal mobility, relocation, promotion and more. • Analyze HR processes and make actionable recommendations based on data from several systems such as: SuccessFactors, Tableau, Culture Amp and more.
