ABOUT RACHEL LOWREY

A results driven and motivational sales leader, with over 10 years sales leadership experience, and more recently operational experience in the Telecoms industry. I have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets as a B2B Sales Account Manager, and a B2B Sales Team Manager. I am passionate about developing people and championing them to become whatever they want to be. It’s key to have a positive mindset and to continue challenging and supporting yourself. I possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to flex my leadership style to individuals, I love to learn about people’s backgrounds and what drives them, in order to coach them on a personal level and help them achieve their dreams (business or personal). Throughout my career, customer and colleague experience was always a focus and passion, and continues to be outside of the company. Employee engagement is so important and I want people to want to be at work, so employee forums are imperative. I am able to create new ways of working, to drive improved performance, in turn increasing revenue and sales. Targeted and relevant KPI’s are key to driving improvements, and engaging sales teams, so they understand the drivers and how we achieve the end results.
