WORK HISTORY
Meditation Teacher and Musician @Insight Timer
Corona del Mar, CA, US
As an independent teacher on the Insight Timer meditation app, I have built an international audience of listeners through recorded meditations and weekly performances. The weekly live sound healing journeys attract between 200-300 people every week. These 60-minute virtual sessions include breath-work, vocal toning, mantras and a live musical sound bath created on a loop station that features nature sounds, vocals, singing bowls, tuning forks, synthesizer, ukulele, chimes, drums, rattles, and original songs. My meditation recordings have been featured multiple times on the Insight Timer homepage and have an average listener review of 4.8 stars out of 5. The recordings range from guided vocal meditations to nature sounds with tuning forks, to musical meditations of cover songs and original songs.
