Joined the Healthcare industry In 1998 into the IT applications team. Embraced every opportunity learning from various teams around me, where I gained a variety of knowledge over the years within the Home Health, Hospice, Private Duty areas of Healthcare. I am an Information Technology Professional with experience in the following areas: 24 years experience in the Healthcare industry (Manage Applications, Business Analysis & Project Managing, Implementations, SQL querying, software testing, training and Support 1500 end users). Development of education materials (power point, job aids) and deliver Webinars as I do enjoy some Technical writing. As I have head great mentors on my journey, the ability to give back and mentor others is something I am grateful for and drives my need to build and lead strong teams. I have led teams such as, Application Analysts, Applications Support, Application Developers. Now in the Software sector I get to learn from fellow teammates such as Engineers, BAs, QAs, etc.
