ABOUT RACHEL BAKER
Coming from a successful career as an English language consultant and teacher working at business schools in several European countries, I was keen to find a new avenue and fresh challenge. My move into recruitment felt like a natural transition, allowing me to continue helping people achieve their professional goals. I had gained some previous experience, so I knew it was a sector I enjoyed. In my most recent role, I have brought knowledge and understanding of different business disciplines and have the ability to interview and assess candidates for specific roles as well as test, guide and advise them on their professional development and training. I can communicate effectively at a professional level with clients and enjoy meeting them in order to learn about the culture of their businesses and the skills and experience they are seeking. I am highly-motivated to achieve goals and develop new business, so I draw on my ability to plan and organise my time to ensure I am constantly on track to meet targets.
