I passionately believe that the most successful, inspiring and commercial organisations are the ones that put people first. They also happen to be the businesses that I want to work for. This belief has driven my career choices and shaped the type of leader I am today. My experience has encompassed a range of sectors and markets in some of the world’s leading businesses. I have worked extensively in supporting business growth, through transformation, change management and developing business-focused people and organisation development strategies and love working in a global environment. At The Gap Partnership, I lead our People team and business partner our CEO and board. My focus is to sustainably grow our business through implementing scalable and effective people solutions across our regions in Americas, EMEA and APAC.I’m proud that our negotiation consultants deliver best-in-class negotiation consulting and negotiation training with the leading businesses of the world and my mission is to ensure that we never stray from this highest of standards. I also lead our social action vision and strategy to ensure that as an organization we give back to the global community in which we live and do business. From our “DIY-SOS” intervention at a Mexican public school, to partnering with social mobility charities to provide mentoring and other support, I champion the value of such initiatives both to the organizations awe partner with as well as our own people.
