As Head of Brand and Marketing at Ingeus UK, I lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing across a wide portfolio of essential services — including employment, health, justice, and youth programmes. While UK-based, our work is part of a wider global group, and we provide support for marketing requirements across European and international markets.My role blends creative leadership with commercial focus, ensuring that our marketing activity drives engagement, builds brand reputation, and supports service delivery and business growth. From brand development and campaign planning to digital strategy and stakeholder communications, I work closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to align marketing with the wider organisational vision.I also oversee the development of internal processes and the strategic implementation of initiatives that improve how our marketing function operates — embedding consistency, efficiency, and long-term impact. Leading a high-performing team, I’m proud to play a key role in amplifying the life-changing work we deliver every day.
