Internships Work is supporting more young people with additional needs to have greater choice and control over their future by opening up opportunities that prepare them for adult life and independent living.1. Assist in developing systems, protocols, and workflows to manage and report on programme delivery, achievements, and impact2. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), risks, and issues, ensuring timely reporting and compliance3. Provide governance and administrative support to the Internships Work Consortium, Project Board and Steering Group4. Support Regional Leads covering 9 regions across England on programme-specific requirements and NDTi’s internal systems5. Liaise with and provide support to over 150 Local Authority grantees across England conducting due diligence checks, and ensuring adherence to financial controls and compliance requirements
