Leading an NHS England funded programme to develop new person centred local small supports organisations. These organisations prime focus is supporting those with learning disabilities, autistic people and those with enduring mental health support needs to live independently in the community with the support they need. The work also means developing new offers centred on the small supports model, for example a current bid for funding to develop small supports for people with dementia and their families in Scotland and a potential bid to develop community rooted small supports in inner city London based with in global majority community organisations.I also continue to work with IRSSV in Slovenia, and am now part of the International Steering group overseeing the 10-year D strategy with a focus on the development of new small support organisations and championing person centred approaches to planning, funding and support. There is an expectation to develop new offers of support; currently am working on support to \'be ready for the new \'Mental Health Act\' and have recently launched a programme of support challenging people on their value base when it comes to supporting people.
