Profile Summary: With over 28 years experience, I am currently the Dean of Academy of Applied Emotional Intelligence (AAEI). With the help of the Academy, I aspire to develop Master Teachers of Emotional Intelligence by 2025” Have trained over executives over the last 16 years. And professionals in Emotional Intelligence related themes, across Government, Public, and Private Sector. Extensively worked with top government officials from the Civil, Police, and Revenue Services, Entrepreneurs, Ambassadors, Scientists, Doctors, Academicians, etc. among numerous others. I am a visiting faculty at ISB Hyderabad, KAIST, Seoul, LBSNAA, SVPNPA, NAIR, IIPA, NISA.
