As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at an IT company, I manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a particular focus on the Data & AI Department. My role involves overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates through various channels, posting job advertisements, CV selection, conducting screenings, direct search, and managing job offers. I actively contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company at industry events to attract top talent. In addition, I support the organization’s presence at job fairs and conferences, enhancing our visibility in the market. I am also a member of the DiXi Cool team, where I assist in organizing employee events and internal engagement activities. My responsibilities extend to CSR projects, where I participate in initiatives that support our company’s social responsibility goals. This diverse role allows me to combine my recruitment expertise with a passion for creating a positive work culture.
