Regularly reviews IT costs and cost structures for IT services and products in order to communicate the financial implications to the proper IT and business executives.Conducts financial analysis to support business level reporting and analysis related to budgeting, management reporting, financial modeling, and cost analysis, providing insight into opportunities for enhanced cost management.Leads the implementation and management of strategic supplier management, including facilitation of vendor QBRs, alignment of SLAs and relationship management.Keep abreast of industry trends that have an impact on the technology sourcing strategy, through external advisory services and in partnership with the Sourcing & Procurement and vendor management function.Produce monthly IT Performance dashboards in line with the technology strategy and benchmark comparisons relating to service operations, talent management, financial management, portfolio management and other strategic imperatives.Participates and lead long range strategic planning, continual improvement initiatives including processes, methods, and tools in support of needs of the Office of the CIO. Translates strategic goals and priorities into technical strategies and objectives.
