As a physics graduate from Loyola Marymount University, I bring hands-on experience in fluid systems research, a deep curiosity for sustainable technologies, and a commitment to communicating science effectively. My undergraduate work focused on developing and modeling a magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) fluid pump—an innovative alternative to mechanical pumps—with applications in desalination and space systems.Alongside my research, I’ve led campus and community initiatives—from coordinating 1,800+ hours of service as President of a student service organization, to fostering inclusive, engaged communities as a three-year Resident Advisor. I’ve also worked closely with students as a physics tutor and teaching assistant, where I learned to explain complex technical concepts clearly and accessibly.
