I am an accomplished IT Manager with over 20 years of Global Shared Services experience providing IT Service and Operations Management for one of the world’s largest airline groups, International Airlines Group (IAG), which includes, British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, IAG Loyalty, IAG Cargo, Vueling and Level.
