Designed and manufactured: •Camber shims to test various camber angles for different driving events and conditions. •Steering Potentiometer sensor mount and gear train for testing and data collection. •Brake Rotors and hub assembly considering heat transfer and expansion cases. •Suspension linkages and aluminum inserts •Suspension welding jigs•Design work was conducted using SolidWorks and Fusion360 while manufacturing involved Mastercam and the use of a waterjet, mill, lathe, CNC, and 3D printer. •Contributed to high-level design review meetings, developing technical problem-solving and design decision-making skills.
