Queenie is a bilingual former educator and mission-driven sales leader who has spent the last 8 years leading SchoolMint\'s sales organization — driving meaningful revenue growth and expanding partnerships with schools and districts nationwide. At SchoolMint, she has played a pivotal role in helping K-12 education leaders adopt solutions that streamline enrollment, boost student engagement, and improve operational efficiency, empowering schools to focus on what matters most: student success.Before joining SchoolMint, Queenie built and led high-performing teams rooted in consultative, relationship-first practices — a philosophy she continues to champion today. Her career is anchored by a deep, personal commitment to education that goes well beyond the boardroom. She served as a Peace Corps volunteer from 2014 to 2016, led collaboration and capacity-building initiatives across Latin America, and taught in South Korea — experiences that gave her a firsthand, global perspective on the challenges educators face and the systemic changes needed to support them.Queenie is known for building inclusive, high-trust teams and cultivating long-term customer relationships grounded in shared purpose and measurable impact.
