ABOUT QWIN SAIKIA
I am working as a Research Data Steward at the University of Sheffield. Previously, I worked as an Open Research Fellow at the University of Warwick, specialising in developing best practices for Open Research and data stewardship. While pursuing my PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology at the University of Leeds, I also developed strong expertise in research coordination, policy analysis, and Open Science advocacy. I’ve co-led projects such as a Research England-funded initiative on responsible research metrics at Leeds. As an Open Research advocate, I am dedicated to advancing transparency, accessibility, and cross-disciplinary collaboration in research.
