I am leading a science team (Palo Alto) owning end-to-end post-training recipe development for Rufus LLM, covering SFT and RL to systematically improve core capabilities including reasoning, instruction following, agentic behavior, and helpfulness, plus application-specific post-training and live-traffic behavior alignment, leveraging real user interaction signals to align LLM behavior in production.I got a Ph.D. from Harbin Institute of Technology, advised by Prof. Ting Liu. I have been a visiting student in UCSB, advised by Prof. William Wang.
