Management of the health, safety & environment function for the site, ensuring adherence to all HSE regulations and company policies & procedures.Leading the production & engineering team in all Capex/Opex planned activities across the site. Development of maintenance schedules and plans to deliver 85% pro-active engineering function.Closely work with business quality team to set standards and drive continuous improvement. Develop & implement the site ‘Standard operating procedures; and review process.Guide and support the O&M team to ensure all planned maintenance and improvement activities are realised.Deliver improved production techniques, building the skills base across the site.Set production goals to ensure customer orders are completed on time to quality standards.Lead all daily and weekly production meetings, team briefings and budget control measures.
