I am an AI and Automation leader with over a decade of experience driving enterprise transformation through intelligent automation, RPA, and emerging AI capabilities. My career has evolved from building and scaling Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to leading broader automation strategies that integrate AI, APIs, and data-driven decision-making. I specialize in designing and delivering end-to-end automation ecosystems that move beyond task automation to enable truly intelligent, scalable business operations. At an enterprise level, I have led and contributed to large-scale automation programs—identifying high-impact opportunities, establishing governance frameworks, and delivering solutions that improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance customer experience. My focus is not just on deploying tools, but on driving measurable business outcomes and sustainable transformation.More recently, I have been focused on the convergence of AI and automation—leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and emerging agent-based architectures to augment traditional RPA and unlock new value. I am particularly interested in how organizations can evolve from rule-based automation to AI-driven, decision-capable systems.
