Currently leading UX of the Recharge website, including:• Maintaining the current iteration of the site with new pages, edits to old pages, and minor structure improvements• Carrying out a full site-wide audit of the current site using traffic and conversion data to determine key pages or those no longer needed• Using said audit to devise a plan for a full site rebuild• Building and maintaining an entirely new Figma design system for the company rebrand (launched Q1 2026) using cutting-edge features such as variables for a cohesive and efficient rollout• Building an entirely new website from the ground up with the new system (200+ pages), while cross-collaborating with stakeholders, project managers, and developers to ensure we\'re telling the correct story, and for consistency from design to code• Designing and maintaining the microsite for the company\'s flagship annual event, ChargeX
