My career has allowed me to gain experience in the management of industrial sites in highly competitive sectors such as automotive industry. I was also faced with the problems of design and development of complex and regulated products. I have always directed my actions towards the customer to develop the business commercially in France and abroad. My temper, my determination and mastery of the tools of LEAN PRODUCTION allowed me to carry out significant restructuring, especially in times of economic difficulty.
