ABOUT BRANDON LEE
As Lead Mechanical Engineer in multiple high-technology startups Brandon was responsible for product design, verification, and manufacturing knowledge transfer. With his skills in 3D-CAD and FEA software he has designed products for a wide range of applications as well as having international experience (USA, Canada, China, Europe, Africa, and South America). His strong knowledge of Change Management and Design/Quality Processes were significant contributors in growing a small 10 employee R&D Office into a 100+ employee small-run manufacturing plant in Beijing China. His philosophy in the product design process is to encourage intense collaboration and has coined the phrase \"Teams are made up of PEaPOle\" which is a mnemonic for \"Participate Early and Participate Often\". He has traveled to remote Customer Sites and foreign Manufacturing Plants to commission and build first articles of products. His understanding and experiences in all aspects of the product development lifecycle makes him a valuable asset.
