I began my career in SaaS, building and optimizing CRM systems while working closely with Sales and Marketing teams across global markets. Curious about how strategy works at scale, I pursued an MBA at IIM Ahmedabad, where I co-led placement operations for over 1200 students - managing chaos, driving structure, and resolving high-stakes escalations with recruiters and stakeholders.Along the way, I’ve explored problem-solving across domains - from building GTM strategy for a flagship skincare brand at Glenmark, to dabbling in financial modeling and customer segmentation at an early-stage fintech startup. My common thread? Taking messy, multi-variable challenges and turning them into plans that work - grounded in data, people dynamics, and operational realism.I’ve now joined Glenmark full-time through their Future Leaders Program, where I look forward to navigating healthcare business strategy, commercial execution, and everything in between.Outside of work, I’m into travel planning, personal finance, and the occasional Excel rabbit hole.
