Design and development of illumination system for PPO\'s Smart Imaging System which uses hyperspectral detection to identify foreign objects in food industry- Conducted Optical simulation for tolerance analysis of spectrometer using Zemax to analyze system level variations- Completed a test case study for using Spectroscopy in antibodies detection following COVID infection. This was presented to the health council along with P&P Optica’s CEO for funding purpose- Identifying future technologies in lights, cameras, and other components that are core to the development of PPO\'s Smart Imaging System- Tested Quantum dot and a variation in InGaAs camera for possible SWIR measuring systems. Documented the findings and presented it to management- Developed specifications for PPO\'s Smart Imaging System components (lens, mirrors, slits, etc)- Conceptualized measurement methodologies for Optical components to improve repeatability and reduce assembly time for PPO’s Smart Imaging System- Cross-functional collaboration with teams (software, reliability, hardware) to drill down next generation lighting requirements. Collaborating with a third-party research facility to design of lamps- Quantifying sub-system requirements to further better system performance- Provided production support in installation- Held webinar on \'Science of Spectroscopy\' to Industry experts.
