ABOUT PRISHA JAIN
Hi, I’m a second-year psychology student, and my journey into this field has been both eye-opening and deeply fulfilling. Alongside my degree, I’ve completed certificate courses in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Family & Couple Therapy. These have given me a solid foundation in understanding therapeutic techniques and the dynamics of personal and relational healing. They’ve also helped me realize how much I enjoy working directly with individuals and families.Over the past year, I’ve been actively involved with a few NGOs that focus on mental health awareness, youth development, and community outreach. Whether it was offering peer support, or just listening to someone who needed to talk, these experiences have humbled me and shown me the real-life application of the theories I study in class.
