I help small and mid-sized business owners access the capital, resources and strategic guidance they need to grow and succeed. As Executive Director and Business Banking Group Leader at Texas Capital Bank, I bring nearly three decades of experience advising businesses across industries. My passion lies in being more than a banker—I’m a connector, advocate and trusted partner to entrepreneurs who are building their legacies.Beyond banking, I’m deeply committed to strengthening industries and communities. As Vice President of the Greater Houston Trucking Association, I champion the professionals who keep our economy moving. I also co-founded Lending Ladies, a network that empowers women in finance, commercial real estate and business through connections, insights and opportunities. And as co-founder of the Birdie Era Collective, I help create a space where women leaders connect through golf, leadership and community—blending empowerment with strategy in a way that is both fun and transformative.Raised in East Harris County and a proud Channelview High School graduate, my roots keep me grounded. My family is my biggest motivation—five children, one grandchild and a husband who has stood by my side for 25+ years. Their support fuels my drive to uplift small businesses and build stronger communities across Texas. At the intersection of business, community and connection, I believe relationships are the currency of business—and I’m here to help them grow.
