Texas Capital Bank is an investment and technology bank with over 28.4B in assets built to service businesses and leaders across the nation by identifying opportunities for clients to make informed decisions to meet short and long-term Objectives. This Financial institution offers real estate, wealth management, business and personal banking products. At the time, the executive team at Texas Capital Bank was looking for an industry-savvy VP of Banking Operations to steer its operations department to not only unprecedented heights but also an industry-savvy leader who could leverage expertise across every other aspect of the business. Working closely with and advising the management, my priority is to supervise the functioning of all departments, working to provide conceptual and practical guidance to figureheads across the organization. I also ensure that the company values remain aligned with trends in consumers\' behavior to maintain longevity. Other duties include but are not limited to: Directing organizational structures and processes to ensure that the company\'s objectives are met; Drafting and ensuring adherence to pertinent budgets; Enforcing policies and procedures; Hiring and monitoring the duties of Department Heads to ensure their alignment with strategic plans; Implementing KPIs; etc. Select accomplishments: •Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial card sales officers, RM’s, treasury management sales officers, account managers and treasury analysts to streamline operations and improve overall operations efficiency. •Formulate Excel spreadsheets and provide extensive training for Program Administrators using eZbusiness and Visa Spend Clarity expense management systems. •Utilize account payables technologies designed to streamline electronic payments and purchasing cards, T&E, Fleet, Virtual Card, Extend, and ePayables solutions.
