Led a project to implement a new risk model across three credit product lines. Developed a champion-challenger strategy for testing and forecasted performance- Developed an automated Direct Mail selections algorithm utilizing optimization to maximize profitability while staying within monthly budgets- Built 9 Direct Mail Marketing campaigns across three different product lines. These campaigns brought roughly $25MM in outstandings to the company lending portfolio while reducing default rates from previous campaigns- Implemented a new campaign processing structure. This involved writing over lines of code across 4 product lines to transition from a SAS VM to internal Snowflake servers
