Collaborates with executive management in setting strategic direction for the Club in all areas• Assists the General Manager in developing and implementing long-range (strategic) and annual (business)plans, operating reports, and forecasts• Conducts on-boarding of new Members, including coordination of membership proposals, membershiprounds, and presentation to the Board of Directors• Directed and Managed Clubessential Cloud transition for accounting department, Food & BeverageDepartment, and Golf Shop• Maintains all membership files and regularly updates as needed• Collaborates with Director of F&B with on menu development• Ensures all member dining and club events are well-conceived and executed• Consistently attend meetings with senior management and carries out directives because of these meetings• Works with the Director of F&B and Catering Manager to organize and market club special events• Ensures all Members and guests requests, and concerns are listened to and addressed timely. Advise General Manager when necessary• Develops new and innovative ways in which to stimulate member activities and participation in Club events
