1.Identified a need to create a streamlined process leading to design, develop and map As-Is and To-Be processes for different supplier segments on Visio for improved performance monitoring, sustainability, innovation, and engagement in the post-Covid era thus, creating structure and governance around Supplier Relationship Management.2.Evaluated Supplier Performance Management and Escalation Process using ADLI and LeTCI Matrix, recommending improvements to reduce de-escalation lead time for Chronic and High Hurt Risk processes and built a real-time status dashboard for control and trigger points in the escalation process. 3.In light of the growing trend of vehicles off-road every quarter due to part unavailability, directed the cross-functional team using the 8D methodology to analyse the root cause by investigating through different lenses thus, creating data segments based on supplier delay, sourcing timelines, unavailability frequency of a particular part and recommending areas for improvement in demand -supply feature.4.Value Stream Mapped the Global Sourcing Process with the cross functional team to analyse and measure inefficiencies & waste with an average of 27 weeks to source a commodity and 50% are Not Right First time in all stage gates, thus improving the sub processes to accelerate sourcing timelines & reducing waiting times, processing times & non-value-add activities. 5.Led the cross-functional team in an agile way in 4 phases: to align the approval matrix, convert manual forms to smart workflow, eliminate redundant steps in the process, and raise DoA limits for LL6 and Buyers thus, resulting in improved efficiency by 59.3%, empower people, shorten lead times, and cost saving of 1.43% of total spend in FY 20•••46. Organised, coordinated, and conducted as a Lead trainer, 20 Business Improvement Foundation Training in last 18 months which are in alignment with Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma Training for JLR Industrial Operation employees globally.
