These three are the most important things when managing and engaging with people and getting them to hit the metrics regularly.By training am an academic with a PhD in International Relations/South Asian History. Started out as a Professor/Researcher at various prestigious policy making centers and universities in India and the US. Managed a specialized art gallery in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, before moving to Canada.From 20••••08 I dealt in Indo-Himalayan art. I worked with the offices of the Dalai Lama of Tibet and the various Tibetan settlements in India, Bhutan and Nepal. After moving to Canada I assisted the cities of Mississauga, Markham, Brampton and St. Catharines with their arts, culture, heritage and entertainment projects. Am a member of the Center for South Asian Civilizations, University of Toronto.I have always believed in leading from the front by being on the floor leader who is accessible and visible. With this approach I try to get all the team players achieve their best by harnessing their full potential. I believe in engagement and involvement. Being self critical is very important to me. I never shy away from taking full Partnership Building, People Management, Research, Marketing, Communications and Motivational Speaker.
