As Senior Manager for Talent and Leadership my role involves nurturing and championing the leaders of tomorrow, from our 11 ICS system providers and organisations. Collaborating with system stakeholder partners to deliver systems leadership and change. I enable Board Development, to enable team capability, cohesion, and high performance. I undertake strategic delivery of national programmes for CEOs and Executive Directors, such as Aspiring CEOs, Nye Bevan and High Potential programmes. Cultivating this talent through our regional Aspiring Executive Director and Aspiring CEO Talent Pools, with an offer of psychometric diagnosis, 360 feedback, networking and masterclasses, onboarding advice, Interview, and assessment guidance. Alongside using my skills as a qualifying level 7 coach and mentor to have career conversations, explore what leadership means to individuals, aligned to their values, intent, and behaviours. Unpicking system level dynamics of power and influence and enabling the skills and capability of leaders to work collectively to deliver shared outcomes.

I bring over 20 years of experience in strategic workforce transformation, HR and talent management, organisational development, EDI, and change leadership. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across sectors—public, private, and third sector—partnering with senior leaders to shape inclusive, people-focused strategies that drive system-level impact.Growing up as a British Asian in the UK, with formative experiences both here and in India, shaped my deep commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. That personal journey drew me to roles where I could influence organisational culture and support underrepresented voices.
