ABOUT ELIZA WUNSCH

I am currently a Leadership & Talent Project Lead in the Leadership & Talent team, NHS England - South West Region.• I worked most recently as a Senior Project Officer in the Future Workforce Unit at the NSW Ministry of Health.• I have worked in Management Consulting at PwC (Performance and Operations - Health & Wellbeing) across Canberra and Sydney and at Emerson Health, a boutique health consultancy committed to making sustainable, innovative transformation across health and human services sectors in Australia. Some projects I have played a core role in include developing a Mental Health Policy and Guideline, evaluating a health program, developing a training package for clinicians and developing an operating model and implementation plan for a child health service. I have worked with clients in the Health Sector across Eastern Australia.• I am passionate about healthcare and the health industry. I have recently completed a Master of Public Health/Master of Health Leadership and Management at UNSW, where I have previously completed a Graduate Certificate in Infectious Disease Intelligence. At ANU, I completed a double bachelor’s degree in science and Arts with majors in Development Studies and Biology. • I have used my critical thinking, attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver results for a variety of client engagements and firm activities.• I am a hardworking, efficient and committed individual. I am also a very passionate and empathetic person that develops genuine relationships with my teams and stakeholders. I enjoy working in groups and facilitating workshop and discussions to help solve complex problems.• When I\'m not at work, you can find me spending time with my family and friends, travelling, volunteering at sports events or training for my next triathlon, cycling or running event.
