I work as a shift incharge my key responsibilities are-FIRSTLY -I AM EQUALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTIVITY REGARDING PRODUCTION i.e-1 - Supervise the manufacturing process result in maximize productivity of machine and worker,achieve as per hourly target.2- Implementation of 5\'S, KAIZEN, POKA YOKE, and continuous improvement related to cost,quality, moral, safety related processes.3- Preparing and implementing action plan effectively to maximize (OEE) of production relatedto machine4- Monitor and control 4M change management.5- Reducing (PPM) in house by continuous and continual improvement.6- Maintaining the bill of materials (BOM).7- Managing inventory in company norms.8- Ensure material flow in accordance with kanban principle.9- Maintain CTQ/CTP parameter with in the process.10- Maintain performance management (KPI) board and participate in performancemanagement meeting.11- Responsible for making daily production plan and schedule according to customer orderbased on the material availability, machine capacity, and meeting daily production target.12- Participants in red bin analysis meeting.13- All finished goods product quality checking before dispatch, observing and guiding aboutquality issues.14- Ensuring FIFO, and LIFO, system being implementation throughput the company.SECONDLY - I AM ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL QUALITY MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY INTHE MANUFACTURING PROCESS INCLUDING DOCUMENTATION AND SYSTEMIMPROVEMENT.1- Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance measure.3- Facing of quality audit as a auditee.4-Product defect, identify root cause with 5Why analysis, and Fishbone diagram, implementaction for elimination of trouble and recurrence.5- Conducting MSA/SPC as per plan.6- Develop and executing test plan such as CAPA, 8D, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, PFD, Control plan,SOPs, and 7Qc tools.7- I also look after the (TPM) Measure.8- Monitoring and controlling MTTR, MTBF.
