A18 Project Offshore Facility, Pipeline and Mods on A12 (Capex $243mm) Headed up the project control function for A18 (FEED/Execute) and other developments earlier in project cycle. • Successfully delivered A18 thru the respective stage gate to achieve sanction and now managing the project in execute mode inclusive of drilling programme • Reporting to stakeholders and identifying variances to the baseline with mitigation strategies • Managing Contractors in aligning expectations and ensuring contract PC exhibits are being followed • Rolled out to the Asset new suite of Project Controls Procedures inc Risk Management • Ensuring cost/estimating/planning is actively used within Operational projects ($5-$10mm).
