Operations management representative for five process units in Pascagoula Refinery (PAS) with a total Gross Margin Improvement of $1.6MM/day. Major unit responsibilities include the FCC and Alky 1 which combined produce 60% of the gasoline in Pascagoula- Gained experience with day to day operations of Complex Process Facilities, multi-duration projects, and maintenance planning. Experience in a downstream / refining operating environment has been very beneficial to deepening understanding of the OPG value chain- Responsible for managing all local capital and expense project budgetary submittals for business planning purposes for the entire Cracking 1 / Sulfur Area of PAS- Executed multiple competitive performance projects in my process units with a realized impact of $12.3MM in Gross Margin Improvement and $0.8MM/yr Opex Reduction- Planned and executed a major turnaround for 67 Plant FCC Diesel Hydrofiner. Led core team through all stages of planning and execution of turnaround. Turnaround was completed in February 2024 IFO and within aspirational budget target- Identified and executed carbon abatement projects to lower carbon intensity with a measured impact of 0.37MM/yr Opex reduction and 7800 tons/yr of CO2 reduction.
