1) Report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape compliance strategy, global investigations, and overall risk posture.2) Lead global compliance and risk management initiatives across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with enterprise policies, regulatory frameworks, and local statutory requirements.3) Partner with global and regional stakeholders, including Legal, Internal Audit, HR, and Business Units to operationalise the Compliance Management System (CMS) across entities.4) Drive compliance risk assessments, third-party due diligence, and monitoring processes in line with COSO ERM, and industry best practices.5) Spearhead internal investigations related to whistleblower complaints, potential fraud, bribery, misconduct, and code of conduct violations—ensuring thorough fact-finding, documentation, root cause analysis, and remediation.6) Contributed actively to the global migration of the whistleblower reporting platform from BKMS to CaseIQ, supporting design input, testing, awareness campaigns, and launch execution—strengthening case management and employee trust.7) Leverage strong working knowledge of GDPR and country-specific whistleblower regulations (e.g, Bulgaria, Poland, Italy, and other EU jurisdictions) to ensure compliant handling of investigations, data protection, and reporting obligations.8) Enhance governance frameworks by embedding controls, risk mitigation strategies, and anti-fraud measures into business processes.9)Contribute to global training and awareness programs, ensuring a strong compliance culture and ethical mindset across the enterprise.
