Active Sourcing: The resumes from the different Job boards like Monster, Career Builder and Dice. Passive Sourcing: The resumes from the different Post boards like Monster, Dice and some free job posting like IT Contract, The Laders, LinkedIn etc Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment Sourcing key talent through advanced search techniques and different networking pipelines such as Dice, Monster. Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work Receive and review applications, manage interviews in order to create a shortlist of candidates for the client Request references(upon request) and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities and benefits of the job in question Prepare CV\'s and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the clients Inform candidates about the results of their interviews Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs
