ABOUT PRATISHTHA PANDEY

I am a 2nd year MBA (Marketing and Business analytics) student at Soil School of Business Design. I completed my Bachelor\'s in Business Administration from St. Xavier\'s College, Jaipur, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving where I also served as a Joint Secretary of the Students\' Council. I recently worked as a Marketing Manager at Vanillakart, a leading online platform for Education and Training. In this role, I was responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, developing and overseeing content creation for various marketing channels, and managing marketing budgets for startups and brands to achieve maximum ROI. I also work closely with MBA students to understand their career and start up goals and align them with marketing strategies. Some of my key achievements include developing marketing Canvas Models for over 20 startups and brands, increasing the user retention rate by 25%, and securing a large contract with a prominent e-commerce company. I have strong skills in communication, management, writing, digital marketing, and strategy, which I have acquired during my MBA and through various certifications and courses including Google and Accenture. I am eager to leverage my skills and collaborate with like-minded professionals to drive growth and create value for organizations. I am also motivated by learning new things and exploring new opportunities in the dynamic and evolving corporate world.
