As the Sales & Marketing Executive at Oleander Farms, a 200-acre integrated luxury resort in Karjat near Mumbai, I play a multi-faceted role that spans high-impact responsibilities across event & hospitality sales, real estate sales, and brand marketing.My work revolves around creating memorable experiences for clients, driving strategic sales, and building long-term value for the brand, Event & Hospitality Sales:Leading client engagement and sales for a wide range of events—corporate offsites, destination weddings, social gatherings, and private functions—across multiple venues including lakeside spaces, hilltops, ballrooms, and expansive lawns.Collaborating with operations, F&B, and experience teams to customize event offerings, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.Driving venue visibility and bookings by understanding client needs and aligning them with the unique strengths of Oleander\'s diverse event spaces. Real Estate Sales – Oleander Estate:Actively involved in the sales process of Oleander Estate, our premium gated villa development designed for high-net-worth individuals seeking a luxurious second home or lifestyle investment.Assisting prospective buyers through property walkthroughs, site visits, and due diligence processes while conveying the long-term value and vision of the project. Coordinating with internal teams to streamline documentation, client communication, and follow-ups. Marketing & Brand Building:Supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms to strengthen Oleander Farms’ brand positioning in both hospitality and real estate markets.Working closely with leadership to identify market opportunities, developing & assisting with strategies, and improve brand visibility through storytelling and targeted outreach.Enhancing guest awareness and experience by promoting our offerings, outlets and curated experiences within the property.
